Here’s what Sean Payton told Trey McBride after Broncos beat Cardinals
Broncos coach Sean Payton is clearly a big Trey McBride fan. Here's what he told the TE after Sunday's game. Denver Broncos coach Sean Payton praised Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride after the team's 30-16 victory over the Broncos. McBride, currently leading the league with 59 receptions for 472 yards, had previously warned Payton about McBride's playmaking ability. After the game, Payton linked up with McBride on the field and shared a moment of praise. McBridge had led all Cardinals with 10 catches for 111 yards and caught Arizona's lone touchdown against Denver's defense. This praise is part of Payton's tradition of finding a "Joker" on offense in Denver.
