We'll see one more unseasonably warm day in Denver before a cold front rolls through the region. Scattered showers and highs in the 50s on Saturday afternoon. A mild and breezy start to the day in Denver is followed by a cold front approaching, which will warm temperatures into the 60s for the early morning commute. This will be followed by wind gusts between 25 and 40 mph across areas along and south of I-76. The bigger weather change is late tonight as a coldfront moves into northern Colorado, with cooler air and breezing northerly winds settling in behind the front, which could trigger showers and thunderstorms. More rain and snow is expected for the mountains both Saturday and Sunday, which is expected to drop mountain snow levels to around 9,000 feet. Temperatures will gradually climb through midweek as a ridge of high pressure builds back in.
