Crow Holdings Fund Lands $333M Denver Portfolio Refi
The collection previously traded in the largest multifamily sale in Colorado history. A real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital has secured a $333.3 million floating-rate bridge loan from Greystar for the Palomino Park multifamily portfolio in metro Denver. The financing includes $325 million in initial funding and $8.3M in future funding for unit renovations. The refinancing retires the existing loans and provides capital for continued value-add renovations across the portfolio. The fund acquired Palominos Park in 2021 from Nuveen Real Estate for $435 million. Since taking over the assets, the fund has invested significant capital in various interior and exterior improvements in each of the communities. Despite sales volumes being down year-over-year, Denver ranked second in the top 5 Western markets for investment through the first five months of the year.
