‘Let's Put Some Respect on Kenneth Walker (III)’ — Broncos Legend Demands Chiefs Star Get His Due in MVP Conversation
Broncos great Mark Schlereth calls Kenneth Walker III a true MVP candidate powering the unbeaten Chiefs. Denver Broncos legend Mark Schlereth has praised Kenneth Walker III for his consistent performance for the Kansas City Chiefs, despite not winning the NFL MVP award since Adrian Peterson in 2012. Walker is currently without a fumble and has rushed for 665 yards and scored eight touchdowns for the Chiefs. The team is still searching for answers at wide receiver, with Travis Kelce not as reliable as he was at his peak. Despite this uncertainty, Schlere credits Walker as the most consistent piece in the team's offense. He also noted that Walker is on pace for 2,261 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns on the season.
