Sean Payton says Broncos remained confident in Bo Nix: ‘He's our guy’
"(Bo Nix) is our guy," Broncos coach Sean Payton said Sunday. "It was good to see him play well." Denver Broncos coach Sean Payton has remained confident in his quarterback Bo Nix, despite a series of poor performances that led to questions about his future in the team. Following a recent win over the Arizona Cardinals, Nix performed well and broke 200 passing yards for the third time this season, breaking 200 yards for only the third consecutive time this year. Despite these struggles, Payton maintains his trust in Nix and the team, stating that there was no time where they considered benching Nix. The Broncos' next game will be against the Kansas City Chiefs, who will move them into first place in the AFC West.
